Signage & LED Strip Lighting Factory Since 2011

We Care What Customer Cares

Recently, we designed a new backlit LED strip for a customer. Their requirement was to reduce the cost as much as possible without changing the product performance. We redesigned PCB and replaced some components, then we did corresponding tests on this LED module, such as IES, integrated spare, temperature, voltage drop, etc. All the results met their needs, customer was impressed.

Quality and price both matter to customer. It is difficult to balance them, and it is even more difficult to achieve cost-effectiveness. We have been deeply involved in LED strip light industry for more than ten years. We are good at solving customer’s problems and providing customized solutions.

LED lamp have been on the market for decades and it’s widely used now. We specialize in LED strip, tube, backlit bar, edgelit bar, neon lights, COB strip, aluminum profile. Come to us for best solution if you cannot find any that meets your needs.

Can You Recommend Top Surge Protection Devices Used in Commercial Electrical Installations?
Commercial facilities need a surge protective device strategy that is repeatable, maintainable, and coordinated across multiple panels and sensitive loads. “Top” selection depends on choosing the correct Type 1 vs Type 2 vs Type 3 device for the installation zone, and verifying performance using UL 1449 ratings and system fit...

SPD Types Explained: Type 1 vs. Type 2 vs. Type 3
Surge Protective Devices (SPDs) are classified as Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 to reflect where they operate within an electrical system and how they manage surge energy at that location. These types are not interchangeable. Each is engineered for a specific surge environment and protection function, and they...

LED PCB Design for Horticulture Lighting: Spectrum Planning, Thermal Design & Layout Guide
LED PCB design for horticulture lighting focuses on creating stable, long-duration lighting systems that operate reliably in controlled grow environments. Unlike general lighting, horticulture systems must support continuous photoperiods, manage sustained heat within enclosed fixtures, and deliver consistent electrical performance over entire growing cycles. The way the LED PCB is...

Edge-Lit LED Strip: Bare LED/Lens/Potting Compound Luminous Efficiency and Color Temperature Evaluation
Test Objectives 1) Document changes in luminous efficiency, color temperature, and CRI data across three distinct production stages of edge-lit LED strips: bare LED board → LED with lens → lens with potting compound. Provide data support for product development. 2) Evaluate the impact of varying power levels and strip lengths on...
