The digital addressable LED strip is in fact individually controlled by IC for each RGB or RGB group, making the RGB strip have unique color combinations and display multiple colors at the same time. The whole addressable LED strip is programmable and customizable. Addressable RGBIC LED strips can be divided into two categories: DMX LED strips and SPI LED strips, which are based on the control protocol to distinguish between DMX and SPI protocols. DMX is the international standard transmission protocol; different manufacturers of DMX IC performance, although there are differences, all support the same protocol; and for SPI, different models of IC mean that they support different protocols.

SMT Process
Use high speed automated SMT machine to paste LED chips, IC chips, resistors to make sure all components are in the right place.
Automated Dispensing

100% QC Inspection
After reflow soldering and high-temperature ovens, the COB strip needs to be tested again at 100% to ensure no defective LEDs.
Bending Test

Twist Test
The LED strip twist test is mainly used to test the bending resistance and life span of LED strip lights by simulating the deformation of light strips in long-term use.
Aging Test
Aging for 8 hours, ensure each LED runs in good condition. And for the COB LED strip, there will be a slap test to check the stability.
Pasted With 3M Tape
All LED strips pasted with 3M adhesive tape and rolled reels to ensure easy transportation and installation.
Final Product Test
Our quality inspectors conduct a final inspection of each roll of LED strip to ensure the consistency of the light color and the good appearance of the strip.
Packaging
Finally, the labels are pasted on the reels and anti-static aluminum foil bags, and the COB strip lights are ready to be boxed and shipped.

LED chips are not all the same. These four numbers are used to express the chip size in millimeters. For example, the 2835 chip is 2.8mm x 3.5mm. Some chips are brighter than others, and some have special uses and limitations.
Similar light output indoors and outdoors. They have exactly the same specifications, while the outdoor version is protected by a clear silicone sleeve. Outdoors may be 5% less bright than indoors, but that’s not very noticeable to the human eye.
All our outdoor LED strip fixtures are equipped with fixed clips. There is also a 3M adhesive tape on the back of the light strip. We recommend combining the two for the safest installation.
