Why SIGNLITE Sign Tube
With so many advantages, LED sign tube is an ideal solution for retrofitting T12HO and T8HO fluorescent lamps.
Multiple energy savings: the sign lamp is much more efficient, and with its ballast bypass design, you can replace 580W fluorescent tube with 280W sign tube for a 5'x10' lighting box, saving over 60% energy.
Easy installation: we put an internal driver inside this sign bulb; no external driver is needed. For new sign installation, insert it in and turn it on; that's it. For retrofits, still use the existing R17D sockets; just remove the ballast and connect it directly to the AC circuit.
360° beam angle: unlike other LED solutions, this sign tube is specifically designed for double-sided signs. The use of an optical lens makes it cover wider illumination areas and eliminates hot spots, which presents better ADs to customers.
Last longer: based on high standards, this sign tube is built to last 50000 hours, or around 5 times as long as a fluorescent tube. Evaluated to UL 48 and UL 879A standards, with a 5-year warranty.

Installation Guide
For new signs:
Super easy! Put sign tubes into sockets, no need ballast at all, just ensure all tubes'(L) and (N) side corresponding with the correct wire of sockets.
For replacing fluorescent tubes with ballast:
1.Disconnect power supply, and open signs.
2.Remove fluorescent lamps and ballast from sign. Do not disconnect wire on lamp holder.
3.Insert LED sign tubes and rotate tubes to desired position for optimal illumination, ensure all tubesare oriented in a consistent manner, "LINE(L)" on one side, "NEUTRAL(N)" on the other side.
4.Connect "L" side wire directly to "LINE", and "N" side wire directly to "NEUTRAL", stick safety label on signs where easily visible.
Attention:
To make it easy to install, we connect two pins, put “L” or “N” on each side. Do not put “L” and “N” on one side, that causes short current.
