Why SIGNLITE Sign Tube
With so many advantages, LED sign retrofit tube is an ideal solution for retrofitting T12HO and T8HO fluorescent lamps.
Multiple energy savings: the sign lamp is much more efficient, and with its ballast bypass design, you can replace 580W fluorescent tube with 280W sign tube for a 5'x10' lighting box, saving over 60% energy.
Easy installation: we put an internal driver inside this sign bulb; no external driver is needed. For new sign installation, insert it in and turn it on; that's it. For retrofits, still use the existing G13 sockets; just remove the ballast and connect it directly to the AC circuit.
360° beam angle: unlike other LED solutions, this sign tube is specifically designed for double-sided signs. The use of an optical lens makes it cover wider illumination areas and eliminates hot spots, which presents better ADs to customers.
Last longer: based on high standards, this tube is built to last 50000 hours, around 5 times as long as a fluorescent tube. Evaluated to EN 62776:2015 and EN 62493:2015 standards, with a 5-year warranty.

Brighten it Up
We use Lumiled or Samsung leds which delivers higher lumen up to 130lm/W, optical lens and housing is made from Mitsubishi PC materials, for better light transmittance.
Obviously, LED sign tube get much better result on signs, no hot spots, much brighter, more vivid and accurate color and less tubes.
You need it, not only it attracts more customers, but also saves you lots of costs.

Installation Guide
For new signs:
Super esay! Put tubes into sockets, no need ballast at all, just ensure this tube is one end input, it’s on the laser side.
For electronic ballast signs: Remove electronic ballast and rewire
For electronic ballast signs: Remove inductive ballast & starter and rewire
Important Notice:
1.Disconnect power supply before installation or maintanence
