Features
COB strip light is a new type of strip, COB stands for Chip on Board, it’s a technology which package led chips directly on the flexible printed circuit board. It reduces the use of frame and gold thread compared to traditional flexible strip, come with No-hot-spot, wider beam angle, better heat dissipation, etc.
- LED Density
Like traditional flexible strip, COB strip light also differs from LED chips per meter, some is 336chips per meter(5meters/reel), some is 528chips, 630chips, 840chips, etc. and this CCT COB LED strip is 640 chips per meter. The more chips, the more uniform, the brighter.
- Color Changeable Tunable
What is the meaning of CCT in CCT COB LED strip ? CCT stands for Color Changeable Tunable, which refers to the ability of a light source to adjust its color temperature. This feature is common in LED lights, where users can adjust the color temperature of the light to create a specific ambiance or lighting effect. The color temperature, which we normally talk about from 2700K to 6500K, is a measure of how warm or cold the color of light appears. Troditional incandescent bulb is warm white(2700K) with soft glow, and daylight is cool white(6500K) with bright light.
- 180 Degree Beam Angle
Benifit from COB packaging techonology, LED chips is placed directly on PCB, without any housing blocking the light, beam angle of this strip can be 180degree, increase its uniformity in another way.

This CCT COB LED strip is widely used for decorative lighting, in order to present the real color of other goods under this light, we usually choose Ra90+ high CRI strip.

- Cuttable
Flexibility is one of the most important feature of this CCT COB LED strip, LEDs are mounted on flexible circuit board, it’s bendable to be fixed on different shapes of fixture. On the other aspect, a particular number of LEDs is fixed in series, each series of the strip can work independently, which means it can be cut to specific length as desired.
- Safe Voltage
Mostly, LED strip is operated at 12V or 24V DC, it’s a safe voltage to prevent from electric shock for operator. Our CCT COB LED strips are available in both 12V and 24V DC voltage, you should select correct strip to match your exsiting driver, or you can select driver according to the strip.
